Does the person using SafeTap need to download an app?+

No app store download needed. SafeTap works as a web app and can be saved to the phone home screen. They open SafeTap, paste a suspicious message, and get a simple safety check.

What can I do with SafeTap today?+

SafeTap Starter is free. Today you can describe a situation or paste a suspicious text, email, offer, or link and get a STOP / CAUTION / no-major-warning-signs answer with one safe next step, keep a local check history on the device, and try a test family alert during Early Access. SMS and WhatsApp checking, photo upload, multiple trusted contacts, shared family history, and family check-ins are planned after Early Access and not live today.

Is SafeTap a guarantee?+

No. SafeTap is a safety aid, not a guarantee. When unsure, verify through official sources — like the number on the back of your card — or ask someone you trust.

Does the person using SafeTap need an account?+

No. You sign in once to set it up. The person using SafeTap just opens it to check messages — no login required.
